Kort Builders teamed up with L+P Design + Architecture to deliver a bold and inviting 3,200 SF restaurant space for Vicious Biscuit in Fishers. Completed under a lump sum contract, this restaurant and hospitality project was designed to capture the brand’s energetic personality while supporting smooth, efficient kitchen and dining operations. From the welcoming dining area to the carefully planned back-of-house spaces, every detail was crafted to create a memorable guest experience.
