Kort Builders completed a 1,640 SF contrast therapy studio for SWTHZ at Carmel City Center, working under a lump sum contract with design by One Architecture. This modern wellness space was crafted to deliver a high-end, rejuvenating environment where clients can experience the benefits of alternating hot and cold therapy. Thoughtful design and precise construction came together to create inviting treatment rooms, sleek retail displays, and a calming atmosphere that aligns with SWTHZ’s luxury wellness brand. This Fitness/Retail project reflects Kort Builders’ expertise in bringing specialized health and recovery spaces to life with quality, detail, and style.
