Kort Builders partnered with ND Enterprises, LLC to bring to life a revitalizing contrast therapy studio for SWTHZ Broad Ripple. Located in the heart of Broad Ripple at 6280 North College Avenue, this 2,184 SF project was delivered under a lump sum contract with a focus on creating a serene, high-performance environment. The space was thoughtfully designed to accommodate hot and cold therapy modalities—featuring infrared saunas, cold plunges, and recovery zones—all crafted to promote wellness and balance. With clean lines, calming finishes, and a layout built for flow and relaxation, this project proves that recovery spaces can be both functional and beautiful.
