The 14-month demolition and rebuild of the new Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington is coming to an end. Despite a 45-day loss of construction time this past winter, Kort Builders was able to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy for the 26,000-square-foot house for Move-In Day on August 22, 2014. Final touches will be put on the building for completion next month.

Cunningham & Associates out of Columbia, Missouri provided tremendous vision for this new building and have been a great asset to the success of this project. We would also like to give a big thank you to Rowland Design, Inc. (Indianapolis) for the interior design of the house.
