Kort Builders partnered with Cunningham & Associates to construct a brand-new 26,000 SF fraternity house for Phi Kappa Psi at Indiana University in Bloomington. Completed under a negotiated contract, this ground-up project blends timeless architectural design with modern amenities to support both residential and organizational needs. The space includes sleeping quarters, a gym, study areas, a full-service lounge, formal living, dining hall, chapter room, and inviting common spaces—crafted to foster brotherhood, academic success, and leadership. From foundation to final finishes, Kort Builders ensured every detail aligned with the fraternity’s legacy and future vision.
