Our team has built or constructed more than 30 projects for Ossip over the last 10 years throughout Central Indiana. However, this store had a new set of challenges.
Ossip came to us with an idea to move from a rented space to a new location across the street. This new location involved constructing a brand new “ground-up” building on a very small plot in a highly-populated retail corner of SR 334 and Ford Road in Zionsville as well as the interior build out. Not only was the spot we had to work with very dense, but we completed this building on time over one of Indiana’s harshest winters. The project was completed on time and within budget.
