Kort Builders partnered with Site Architecture to bring Master Yoo’s Tae Kwon Do to life with a 7,245 SF ground-up facility in Noblesville. Completed under a lump sum contract, this project was designed to support both training and community engagement, featuring expansive open mat areas and observation spaces for students and instructors alike. Built from the ground up at 6199 Promenade Shops Boulevard, the facility combines durability with clean, modern finishes to create an environment that promotes focus, discipline, and growth. This project showcases Kort Builders’ strength in delivering ground-up retail and specialty spaces that serve both performance and community—one solid foundation at a time.
