Kort Builders brought bold energy and precision construction to the 3,000 SF MADabolic Fitness location in the heart of Broad Ripple. Working under a lump sum contract with design led by Scott Lasky Architect, this project transformed a high-visibility space into a sleek, high-performance fitness studio built to match MADabolic’s unique brand of interval training. From acoustic treatments and rubber flooring to specialty lighting and locker room finishes, the Kort team tackled every detail with the same intensity as a MADabolic workout. The result is a space that motivates, endures, and energizes—an expertly crafted gym environment designed to inspire peak performance.
