Kort Builders collaborated with Blackline Studio to bring new life to La Margarita, a 3,200 SF restaurant and hospitality project in the heart of Indianapolis’ vibrant Fletcher Place neighborhood. Completed under a lump sum contract, the project reflects a balance of functionality and atmosphere—delivering a warm, inviting space where guests can enjoy authentic dining in a modern setting.
