Kort Builders partnered with designer Karina Kowalska to create a thoughtfully crafted 2,238 SF medical and wellness space for Alternate View in Carmel City Center. Completed under a lump sum contract, this project focused on blending comfort, privacy, and functionality to support both patients and providers. The layout features welcoming reception area, comfy waiting area,  private treatment rooms, and clean, modern finishes that create a calming environment from the moment guests walk in. Located at 750 Veterans Way, Suite 228, this project showcases Kort Builders’ ability to deliver specialized wellness environments that feel professional, polished, and inviting.
