On June 12, 2013, the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house was one of three Bloomington buildings used to conduct search and extraction training called United Front II. This demolition marked the beginning of a 14 month rebuild of the new fraternity house on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington. This current project, expected to be finished in August 2014, encompasses 26,000 square feet of space and construction cost is estimated at $4.8 million. Kort Builders is excited to be working with the architectural firm Cunningham & Associates out of Columbia, Missouri. Cunningham & Associates specialize in Greek Housing and are a great asset to the success of this project.

Stay tuned for an upcoming Project Spotlight highlighting the finished project in August 2014!
