Kort Builders completed the 1600 square foot Diva Nails which offers a variety of styles of manicures, pedicures, and sculpted nails.  Specialty equipment and decorative millwork are among the many highlights of this beautifully constructed interior space.

CHRISTIE VISION CARE
Kort Builders completed the 1400 square foot Christie Vision Care optometry practice which provides comprehensive ocular care to all the Indy Southside Communities.  Kort has much experience with eye care facilities as is evident with the Christie Vision project.

CHEYTON LEARNING CENTER

Kort Builders completed the 2600 square foot Chyten Learning Center where high educational services are offered to aid students in developing learning skills and maximizing test scores.  Chyten needed an environment that was conducive for helping students concentrate and focus on their goals and Kort worked with ownership on achieving that criteria.

QUINLAN MARKETING
Kort Builders recently completed the 11,000 square foot Quinlan Marketing offices where marketing communication, corporate & financial relations, and web development are their areas of focus. Quinlan’s facility is primarily made up of a cluster of individual offices where developers work in quiet solitude. Kort constructed this project in such a way to enable them to do precisely that.

This quarter’s featured project is Boondogglers, a new restaurant located in the heart of Zionsville at Boone Village.

Boondogglers represents the lifelong dream of its owner, Seth Wingerter, an ambitious young entrepreneur that became our client in late 2010. Born and raised in Zionsville and a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, Seth decided to put his education to practice by building Boondogglers with Kort Builders, Inc. And we are extremely glad he did.

Seth’s restaurant opened its doors in April 2011 and from the second you walk in, you feel like you’ve entered into a nostalgic little area of old Zionsville. Period photos line the walls and flank the red brick pavers that lead from the entry straight to the ordering window, reminiscent of downtown Main Street.

Seth’s menu features thick burgers, unique sandwiches, Chicago style hotdogs, a variety of ice creams, and an eclectic mix of Indiana beers on tap that you just don’t fined at your local watering hole.

Kort Builders helped Seth realize his dream by listening to his vision and incorporating the details of his design (done by architect Steve Logan) into a reality. Most notably, we constructed a mezzanine that looks over the main seating area of Seth’s new establishment, a feature that Seth loves having and is an extension of his “family dining” atmosphere.

Seth’s experience working with Kort Builders was a happy one and he cites the ease of communication between the Project Manager, Superintendent and himself as the high point of the construction process. Seth commented that although he was very pleased overall with the quality and pricing of the project, that he recognizes the importance of accessibility to the talented people involved at Kort and Kort’s appreciation for helping Seth achieve his ultimate goal.
